Tempe Mission Palms Hotel

i recommend the place. i had double room that also was complete with the bathroom. the location was great, due to activities going on, convenient to go everywhere. the outdoor bar was lovely!

Spotless units where the wi fi works, we truly enjoyed it. Had coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator at our disposal. The hotel was relaxing and quaint and in a central location. Besides, Tinside Pool was 2 km away from the venue.

Tempe Mission Palms is very picturesque. The rooms I was given were clean and stately.

The first room I was at had some warped wood on the sliding doors. It's a bit pedantic to point out but I just would have liked for the wood to be better.

Our group of friends had a great time here- went to the Monster Mash concert and hung out at the pool the next day- the pool was awesome- Thanks for the late check out :)

The outdoor pool area was such a relaxing retreat .

We had to wait a long time for our breakfast vouchers at reception.

convenience of location, was able to walk to just about everything. Breakfast at Mission Grill was great, service also!

Location and staff

Always have to ask for additional bath towels ( only 3 for 2 people). Towels were tattered, thin and rough. Shower needs updating. Dislike the community shampoo etc. Very little A/C. Lowest setting of 62 still put out warm air.

It was very close to restaurants, Tempe Beach Park, and all the Halloween festivities on Mill Avenue.

The staff were cute, and it was so convenient having our pet with us. The hotel's amenities, like the maintained pool, were perfect for our family downtime after the big event.

My kids wished there was a play area for them to burn off energy.

Location was perfect and the grounds and facilities were awesome...Pool and hottub were top-notch....

No problem with anything

You are one block from transit,in the shopping district and several good places to eat it all categories. Never got in our car once it was parked until we left. They do offer pick up from the airport and the transit line also gets you there

nice stay but breakfast options could improve

The dinner menu offered a diverse range of tasty options that we enjoyed. Our room service experience on the last night was superb, with the staff showing really good attentiveness.

Great location. 10 minutes to airport - located in the middle of the Tempe nightlife. Nice private pool. Not too crowded. I could not believe the rate we were quoted on Booked.net, I had stayed there previously for business at a much higher rate

A beautiful hotel - wonderful location for visiting Tempe. Pool area was very nice.

Generally, the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were excellent but the reception staff were disinterested, even unfriendly. I did not feel I could approach them with questions or ask for assistance. Customer service is key to a good hotel experience and for that reason, it would affect my decision to return to the hotel.
